5. Background Sync and Location

   

The app uses a background service to sync verification data (captured photo, location coordinates) with our servers so that records are uploaded reliably even if the app is not actively open at the time of upload. Location coordinates are collected at the time of verification (foreground) to ensure accuracy; background collection of continuous location is not performed. The background service’s sole purpose is to upload and synchronize already-captured verification records.
