The Commerce & Transport Department of Odisha wanted to develop Boat Information & Management System (BIMS) to get real-time information about all the boats operating in the state along with Crew members and Route registration through a centralized web application. Gathering and providing information about Boat Ownership, CREW Members, and Boat Fitness for the purpose of licencing.
